CNE Worldwide: 15 CDL drivers, and no other platform.
How CNE Worldwide Logistics Hired 15 CDL Drivers with Array HQ's Targeted Approach
CNE Worldwide Logistics hired fifteen CDL drivers through Array HQ, and now uses nothing else for Class A roles. Ross Dubow runs HR at the company his father founded — and two job boards weren't reaching the drivers he needed.
For over 30 years, CNE Worldwide Logistics has given businesses a hands-on, professional team effort. Drawing on that experience, 8 facilities across 5 states, and a fleet of CNE trucks and trailers, the logistics team builds custom solutions for local pickup, delivery, and air freight tailored to each customer.
A family owned operation, CNE hires people it treats as part of the team, and three decades of that has made it one of the most respected businesses in logistics, transportation, and shipping. The company stays committed to relationships that make a real difference in employees' and customers' lives, while holding itself personally accountable for delivering on its promises.
For Director of Human Resources Ross Dubow, CNE is a family operation in the literal sense — his father founded it. "CNE was growing rapidly, so I decided to leave my former career to return and transition into a full time HR role," he said. "A few years into the role, I now manage the entire recruiting process and the overall department."
Hiring hasn't slowed since the pandemic, but posting on two job boards wasn't filling seats. Platforms like ZipRecruiter weren't reaching the right candidates for CNE's harder Class A roles. "We needed to diversify outside of the resources we were using, which is why we were open to hearing how Array HQ could be a good fit for us."

One on one, not a support ticket
Asked about working with Account Manager Kathryn Slate, Dubow was direct. "A plus all around. One of my favorite parts of our partnership with Array HQ is the personalized one on one care we get from our Account Manager Kathryn."
The shift was being able to adjust postings as needs changed, rather than filing a request and waiting. "I'm very big on communication, so speaking with our Account Manager regularly on what we need to adjust or add to our job postings is important to us. She takes the time to know our company and needs."

Fifteen drivers, and no other platform
Reaching candidates actually qualified for Class A roles has become central to CNE's operations, and Dubow is blunt about why volume alone was never the answer. "Other platforms focus on quantity over quality. Array HQ is great at helping you advertise for harder, more specific roles to give you the candidates you need."
Constant exposure through Array HQ's omnichannel network helped CNE hire 15 drivers. "We needed a resource designed to help us fill our harder positions," Dubow said. "Today, Array HQ is the only platform we use to fill our Class A positions."
Asked whether he'd recommend it, Dubow didn't hesitate. "Absolutely. I would recommend Array HQ due to the great customer service and overall success we've seen." Request a demo to see what recruitment advertising or outsourced recruiting can do for your hardest roles.
