What happens after we sign?
You're paired with a Customer Success Manager who runs your onboarding and gets your team live. Timelines vary by customer size and how many locations you're activating at once. Your CSM will give you a real schedule once we understand your setup.
What's the contract term?
Array HQ runs on an annual commitment. You can pay the platform fee monthly, or pay the full year upfront for a discount of about 10%.
How does //Recruiting pricing work?
//Recruiting runs on an advertising budget you manage through credits. Buy credits whenever you need them. Once you've made your hires, you're not obligated to buy more. Our experienced team will recommend how many credits to purchase based on your hiring goals.
How does //Ops pricing work?
//Ops is billed per employee per month, on top of your platform fee. Every additional employee using Array HQ in the program adds to your monthly total.
